Ingredients:

   7      ounces        Italian tuna packed in oil
     1/4  stick         butter
  20      milliliters   garlic chopped
   2      tablespoons   fresh chopped parsley
     1/4  cup           white wine
                        salt and pepper to taste
   1      28 oz can     tomatoes chopped peeled
 

Preparation:

Melt butter and tuna oil in pan. Sautee garlic for 2 min, until golden. Add tuna and cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, wine and parsley, salt and pepper and cook on low heat 30 minutes Serve over cooked, drained pasta.
