 100      gram          grated parmesan cheese
 150      gram          shortening
  55      milliliters   water
 500      gram          canned salmon -- (1 large can)
   1      large         onion -- diced
   1                    garlic clove -- minced
  30      milliliters   butter
 500      milliliter    sour cream
   4                    eggs
 200      gram          gruyere cheese -- shredded
   5      milliliters   dill weed
   1      milliliter    salt

Make filling: Sauté onion and garlic in butter until onion is soft. 4. Beat sour cream and eggs until blended. 5. Drain salmon and break into bite-size pieces. Stir into sour cream mix 6.
