Bermuda Salmon

Ingredients:

   4                    salmon steaks -- (approximately 2

   1 1/2  teaspoons     salt
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper
   3      tablespoons   lemon juice
   3      tablespoons   olive oil
   1      large         Bermuda onion -- sliced
 

Preparation:

Rinse and dry salmon with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. Spread onion slices over salmon and let stand 1 hour. Discard onion.
