10 ounces frozen chopped spinach -- cooked,

1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 pinch nutmeg

4 bays English muffins -- split,

8 slices tomato

1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons bottled steak sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons cream -- to 4 tablespoons |
Preparation:
Broil salmon on greased broiler pan until barely cooked in center, 5 to 7 minutes. Combine cooked spinach with butter, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Brush Bays English Muffin halves with English Mustard Sauce. Top each half with spinach, a tomato slice, and a portion of salmon.
Top generously with sauce; broil 2 minutes until glazed. For the sauce: Combine dry mustard, mayonnaise, steak sauce, and Worcestershire; gradually mix in cream to desired consistency. Makes about 3/4 cup of sauce.
