3 pounds okra -- cut up
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 can tomato paste
1 quart water
2 pounds shrimp -- peeled
1 can stewed tomatoes
hot red pepper and cayenne

1 onion -- chopped
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons flour
4 crabs
Preparation:
Combine okra, garlic, tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, onion, bay leaf and water.
Cook slowly until done.
Brown flour, add enough water to make a roux. Add roux, shrimp, crabs and season to taste.
Cook slowly until done.
