Preparation:
1. Brown lamb chops in oil in ovenproof skillet; pour off fat.
2. Blend in soup, tomatoes, garlic, bay leaf, paprika and thyme.
3. Cover and bake in preheated 350 F. oven 25 minutes; add pepperoni and bake 10 minutes longer, or until done.
4. Remove bay leaf; garnish with lemon slices. |
