Preparation:
heat the oil in a very large skillet, over a high flame add the potatoes and saute for 6-8 minutes, until golden remove the potatoes with a slotted spoon to drain season the chops with salt and pepper add the chops to the pan and saute for 5-6 minutes per side, until medium-rare remove to a heated serving platter, set aside pour off the fat from the pan add the zucchini to the pan, over a moderate flame heat and stir for 1-2 minutes add the lemon juice and water, heat and stir for 1 minute add the potatoes and mint, stir season to taste with salt and pepper spoon around the lamb chops on the serving platter serve hot |
