1 tablespoon plain nonfat yogurt -- plus 1 teaspoon
1 1/4 teaspoons fresh oregano -- minced
3/4 teaspoon fresh thyme -- minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice -- plus 1 teaspoon
2 garlic cloves. finely minced |

Preparation:
Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high. Combine the meat with the remaining ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Grill the burgers, turning once, according to the following guidelines: 6 minutes for rare, 8 minutes for medium, or 10 minutes for well done.
