1 tablespoon cream

Preparation:
Puree tomatoes and basil leaves in a blender. Heat in a saucepan with garlic, cream and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over freshly-cooked fresh pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley and chopped tomatoes.
