1 pound fettuccini
3/4 cup butter
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups half and half cream
Preparation:
Melt butter in saucepan, stir in cream and cheese; simmer, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and smooth. Cook fettuccini, drain, do not rinse. Pour piping hot sauce over drained fettuccini and toss gently.
