1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cream
Preparation:
Put butter and cream in wide shallow serving bowl in warm (200 degree) oven. When butter has melted stir in 2/3 of the cheese. When pasta is al dente, toss with sauce, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Delicious.:
