Ingredients:

6 pints sweet corn kernels
4 bell peppers -- seeded and diced
3 onions -- diced
1 heat celery -- diced
2 cups granulted sugar
1 pint vinegar
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 pint water |

Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in large non reactive kettle; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until vegeatble are tender about 30-40 minutes.
2. Pack into hot sterilized hard, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Seal and cool completely.
3. Store in the refrigerator or in the freezer for up to 1 year. |
