   1      cup           semolina flour -- durum
   1      teaspoon      oregano -- dried or liquid
                        OR 1 tb fresh oregano -- chopped
   1                    egg
   2      tablespoons   lemon juice
                        ***ELECTRIC EXTRUDER***
   1 1/2  cups          semolina flour -- durum
   1      teaspoon      oregano -- dried or liquid
   1      tablespoon    vegetable oil -- optional
   1 1/2  tablespoons   lemon juice -- (1 1/2 to 2)
   1      tablespoon    water -- if and as needed
 

Preparation:

Use whatever method you normally use for mixing and kneading the dough, or follow manufacturer's directions for the machine, watching consistency carefully. Makes about 1/2 pound. Variations: Lemon Pepper: Omit the oregano and use 1 teaspoon of coarsely ground black pepper. Lemon Dill: Omit the oregano and use 1 teaspoon dill weed. Lemon Rosemary: Omit the oregano and use 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves
