Ingredients:

  1              Small  fresh hot red chili -- stemmed, seeded,

  1              Small  fresh hot green chili -- "stemmed, seeded,
                        and cut into thin strips
     1/4                cup" "fresh lime juice
  1                     lime rind -- chopped into tiny
 

Preparation:

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Let it sit for several hours, stirring occasionally.
