Ingredients:

                        oil dressing
  10      milliliters   garlic -- peel, halve
     1/2  teaspoon      dried basil
     1/2  teaspoon      dried oregano
   3      packages      sweet and low -- or
   1      tablespoon    sugar

Preparation:
