1 cup hormel pepperoni -- cubed
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup onion -- diced
1/2 cup bell pepper -- diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 26 oz jar spaghetti sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese -- shredded
Preparation:
Heat oven toe 375F. Layer half of the ingredients, in the order listed, in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan; repeat layers. Bake, uncovered 25-30 minutes until lightly browned.
