Preparation:
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat until hot. Add turkey and onion; cook until turkey is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well. Return to skillet. Stir in water and Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and tomato paste.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes Or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese. |
