8 ounces spaghetti
1/2 cup peanut butter -- creamy
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger root -- grated
1/2 cup chicken bouillon
4 ounces bean sprouts
1 medium red pepper -- sliced
2 stalks green onion -- sliced
1 pound chicken breast
Preparation:
Cook spaghetti (the original recipe used rice noodles, just tried it tonight and I liked it).
Mix peanut butter, soy sauce and gingerroot in saucepan. Add chicken bouillon.
Add spaghetti, bean sprouts, bell pepper and onion. Toss.
