Ingredients:

   1      cup           milk
   1      tablespoon    olive or vegetable oil
   1      teaspoon      salt
   3      cups          all-purpose flour
     3/4  cup           crumbled feta cheese -- drained and patted
                        -- dry is necessary
     1/4  cup           sliced pitted black olives -- drained
   1      tablespoon    sugar
   2      teaspoons     bread machine yeast
 

Preparation:

Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacturer, adding cheese and olives with flour. Recommended cycle: basic/white bread cycle: medium/normal color setting. Breads made with fresh cheese may be more perishable: wrap airtight and store leftover bread in refrigerator or freezer. Use leftovers of this zesty bread to create salad croutons. Just cut bread into bite-size cubes and spread in single layer in shallow baking pan. Lightly brush cubes with oil. Bake at 300* for 10-15 minutes or until crisp and dry, stirring twice
