   1      can           flat anchovy fillets
   2                    cooked beets -- chopped
                        bread -- trimmed and cut>>>>
                        into rectangles.
   5                    hard cooked egg whites -- chop
                        chopped olives
                        capers
 

Preparation:

Place an anchovy fillet lengthwise down the center of each piece of bread. On one side of it put the chopped egg whites topped with a few capers; on the other side, put the chopped beets topped with the chopped olives.
