1 1/2 cups apricot jam
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons kirsch
Preparation:
In small, heavy saucepan, combine apricot jam, water, and sugar. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add kirsch.
