Preparation:
1. Shred cabbage. Remove seeds from hot peppers, slice. Assemble other ingredients.
2. Heat oil in wok to smoking point. Add hot peppers, stir fry a half minute. Add cabbage, salt, pepper, stir thoroughly and fry about 2 minutes.
3. Add 1/2 cup water, cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir thoroughly. Cover wok, cook ingredients 8-10 minutes.
4. Lift wok cover from time to time to stir mixture. |
