3 pint chicken broth
2 Tablespoon butter
1 cup tomatoes
1 cup cooked rice
1 Teaspoon minced onion
1 cup diced chicken
2 cup okra
Preparation:
Fry onion in butter lightly. Add chicken broth, tomatoes and okra (cut in
rings). Simmer for 30 minutes. Season: add the diced chicken. If soup is
too thick, add more broth or water. Serve a tablespoon of cooked rice with
soup.
