Ingredients:

  1 1/4           lbs.  boneless        skinless chicken, cubed
  2                     onions  cut in wedges
  1                     green bell pepper       cut in narrow
                        strips
  1              whole  canned tomatoes (29 oz.)
     1/4            c.  Worcestershire sauce
  2              Tbsp.  prepared mustard
  2              Tbsp.  garlic cloves   minced
  1               tsp.  thyme
  1               tsp.  rosemary
     1/2          tsp.  fresh ground black pepper
     1/2           lb.  frozen medium shrimp    peeled, shelled &
                        deveined
  6                 c.  cooked rice     hot
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except shrimp and rice in large saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and flavors blend together. Add Shrimp and heat 1 minute. Serve with scoops of rice in wide soup bowls.
