Ingredients:

28        ounces        diced tomatoes, undrained
2         cloves        garlic, finely chopped
4         cups          chicken broth
1                       onion, chopped
2                       carrots, sliced
2         stalks        celery, chopped
1         tablespoon    dried basil leaves
4         cups          tomato juice
1                       zucchini, chopped
1         teaspoon      salt
1/2       teaspoon      dried oregano leaves
1/4       teaspoon      pepper
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low heat 7 to 8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
