Grilled Sesame Chicken Breasts - 2

Ingredients:

     1/2  cup           unsweetened white grape -- juice
     1/4  cup           reduced-sodium soy sauce
     1/4  cup           dry white wine
   1      tablespoon    sesame seeds
   2      tablespoons   vegetable oil
     1/4  teaspoon      garlic powder
     1/4  teaspoon      ground ginger
   1      pound         boneless chicken breast -- halves, skinned
 

Preparation:

Combine first 7 ingredients in a shallow dish and mix well. Add the chicken, turning to coat; marinate, covered, in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Prepare the grill. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Grill 4 to 5 inches from medium-hot coals, turning and basting frequently with marinade, about 15 minutes total.
