Grilled Shrimp And Sole

Ingredients:

     1/4  teaspoon      paprika
   1      cup           flour
   4      large         sole fillets
   1      tablespoon    vegetable oil
   1      tablespoon    butter
     1/2  pound         mushrooms -- quartered
     1/2  pound         shrimp peeled -- deveined and
                        cut into 3 pieces
   1      tablespoon    chopped chives
                        salt and pepper to taste
                        one lemon -- juice of
 

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 150 F. 2. Mix paprika and flour season well. Dredge fish in flour and shake off excess. 3. Heat oil and butter in large frying pan. Add fish and cook 2 minutes over medium-high heat. 4. Turn fillets over, season and continue cooking 2 minutes. 5. Remove fish from pan and keep hot in oven. 6. Place remaining ingredients in pan and cook 3-4 minutes over medium heat. 7. Serve with the sole.
