   4      pounds        whole squid -- skinned and cleaned
                        olive oil -- to brush on squid
                        salt -- to taste
                        freshly ground black pepper -- to taste
   1                    sweet and sour cucumber salad w marinade -- see * note
 

Preparation:

Grill for 20 to 30 seconds on each side. Slice squid in 1/2-inch slices. Toss with Sweet And Sour Cucumber Salad With Marinade. Serve.
