Rosemary-Garlic Asian Marinade

Ingredients:

   1      tablespoon    fresh rosemary -- remove stems
   2      teaspoons     garlic, fresh
     1/4  cup           plum wine
     1/4  cup           Worcestershire sauce
   2      teaspoons     corn starch
     1/4  cup           soy sauce
 

Preparation:

Remove stems from the fresh rosemary and combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Marinate any good beef steak beef, London Broil or tri-tip or pork tenderloin for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. Grill direct over medium coals until internal temperature reaches 145F. Remove from grill and slice.
