Preparation:
Rub cumin over meat. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Grill meat to desired doneness. (6-8 minutes for medium rare; 8-10 minutes for medium; 10-12 minutes for well done, turning once).
Combine tomatoes, corn, salsa, green pepper and onion.
Thinly slice meat and serve over vegetables.
Serve with lime wedges and cilantro, if desired.
