2 cups fisher's blend flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup ghirardelli's ground chocolate
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup melted shortening
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Preparation:
Mix and sift dry ingredients, add water, shortening, raisins and nuts. Drop by the teaspoonful on a greased pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes in a rather hot oven (about 400 degrees F). This recipe will make about 30 tiny biscuits.
