Preparation:
Combine honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in small bowl until well blended. Mix together turkey, celery and green onions in large bowl.
Blend in 3 tablespoons honey-glaze mixture. Divide mixture into 4 (1/2- to 3/4-inch-thick) patties.
Place patties on oiled grill, 4 to 6 inches from hot coals.
Grill, turning 2 to 3 times, brushing generously with glaze, until patties are well browned and cooked through. Serve in buns. |
