Ingredients:

   8                    chicken thighs - pierced with fork
                        ***MARINADE***
   1      tablespoon    Jamaican allspice*
   6                    scotch bonnet peppers
   1      tablespoon    dried thyme
   1 1/2  teaspoons     black pepper
   1 1/2  teaspoons     ground sage
     3/4  teaspoon      ground nutmeg
     3/4  teaspoon      ground cinnamon
   2      tablespoons   salt
   2      tablespoons   garlic powder
   1      tablespoon    sugar
     1/4  cup           olive oil
     1/4                soy sauce
     3/4  cup           white vinegar
   1                    lemon -- (juiced)
   1                    lime -- (juiced)
   1      cup           white onions - chopped
   3                    green onions - chopped
 

Preparation:

* buy whole berries and grind it fresh Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate overnight. Grill on covered grill with hickory or other flavorful hardwood.
