   1                    Ripe Avocado, peeled,
                        - pitted and diced
   1      tb            Red Onion, diced
   1      tb            Jalapeno, seeded & minced
   1      tb            Lime Juice, fresh
   1      tb            Chilantro, chopped
                        Salt and Pepper to taste
 

Preparation:
