Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients:

   2      pounds        boneless chicken breasts
                        ***marinade***
     1/2  cup           oil
     1/2  cup           soy sauce
     1/2  cup           honey
   1                    onion -- chopped
   2      cloves        garlic -- chopped
     1/2  teaspoon      ginger -- (1/2 to 1)
 

Preparation:

1. Prepare marinade.

2. Pound chicken between waxed paper until relatively flat.

3. Marinate chicken at least 12 hours.

4. Grill on gas grill until done.

Sometimes I add 1 can of pineapple slices to marinade. Heat this with chicken carefully on grill.
