Ingredients:

   2      whole         Smithfield* tenderloin

   2      cups          dry white wine -or- chicken broth
   4      tablespoons   fresh ginger -- grated
   2      tablespoons   soy sauce
   2      tablespoons   sesame oil
   2      cloves        garlic -- minced
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag. Seal bag and refrigerate 2 - 24 hours. Remove tenderloins from marinade. Discard marinade. Heat gas grill to medium; grill tenderloins in covered grill, turning occasionally for 15 - 20 minutes, until thermometer inserted reads 150 - 155F. Slice
