Greek-Style Chicken

Ingredients:

     1/2  cup           vegetable oil
   2      tablespoons   lemon juice
   2                    garlic cloves -- minced
     1/2  teaspoon      dried oregano
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
     1/4  teaspoon      black pepper
   6      halves        boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 

Preparation:

In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chicken; mix well. Add the chicken breasts, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours, or overnight. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 15 to 18 minutes, or until no pink remains and the juices run clear, turning them over halfway through the grilling.
