Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups sweet pepper -- chopped
2 tablespoons salt
1 cup parsley -- dried
6 tablespoons Lea & Perrin's
2 cups dry white wine
1 teaspoon mint -- dried
6 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
1 tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation:
