Ingredients:

     1/4  cup           salad oil
   2      tablespoons   soy sauce
     1/4  cup           bourbon, sherry, or wine
   1      teaspoon      garlic powder
   1                    freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate meat in refrigerator. Also use to baste meat as you cook it. Good on red meat, fish or chicken.
