Ingredients:

   1      gallon        vinegar
     3/4  cup           salt
   2      tablespoons   cayenne pepper
   3      tablespoons   red pepper flakes
   1      cup           brown sugar

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients. Allow to stand for four hours. Serve as table sauce.
