12 ounces frozen orange or tangerine juice
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup Frank's Original Redhot Sauce
2 tablespoons ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 15minutes or until thickened and reduced, stirring occasionally. Use sauce to glaze ham, ribs or chicken during last 30 minutes of cooking.
