Ingredients:

   1                    8 oz. can tomato sauce
     1/2  teaspoon      cumin powder
   1      teaspoon      salt
     1/4  teaspoon      garlic powder)
   1                    juice of half a lemon
   2      tablespoons   crushed red chili
     1/2  teaspoon      oregano
   2                    garlic cloves -- minced (or
   2      teaspoons     vinegar
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let stand for 3 hours. Excellent with tacos or as a dip for tortilla chips.
