Ingredients:

   1 1/4  cups          paprika -- plus 2 tablespoons
   3      tablespoons   chili powder
   1      tablespoon    ground cumin
   1      tablespoon    ground coriander
   1      tablespoon    sugar
   1      tablespoon    salt
   1 1/2  teaspoons     dry mustard
   1 1/2  teaspoons     black pepper
   1 1/2  teaspoons     dried thyme leaves
   1 1/2  teaspoons     curry powder
   1 1/2  teaspoons     cayenne pepper

Preparation:

Mix all of the ingredients together. Store in a cool, dry place. (Please note that you will need twice the recipe to marinate the brisket.)
