Ingredients:

   1      cup           good mayonnaise
   1      teaspoon      lemon juice
     1/2  cup           white vinegar
   1      tablespoon    celery seed
     1/2  teaspoon      pepper
     1/4  teaspoon      salt
   1      teaspoon      sugar
   1      small         carrot -- shaved with a
                         -- peeler
     1/4  cup           onion thinly sliced
   8      cups          cabbage
 

Preparation:

Mix the first 7 ingredients with a wisk. Add to the vegetables and toss. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Eat with pulled pork or fish.
