Ingredients:

   1      tablespoon    Hungarian hot paprika
   1      teaspoon      cayenne pepper
   1      teaspoon      brown sugar
   1      teaspoon      garlic powder
   1      teaspoon      onion powder

Preparation:

Mix rub ingredients and store in an air-tight container. Give meat a good rub and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Grill over hot coals/gas. Let the grill get really hot before putting the steak on, and fer gawd's sake, do it no more than medium rare
