soy sauce (2 to 3)
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar -- or cider vinegar
1 tablespoon grated gingerroot

1 green onion and top -- thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic -- minced |

Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients; refrigerate until ready to serve. 8 servings (about 2 tablespoons each) A fragrant and flavorful sauce to serve with oriental appetizers, or with kabobs of baked or broiled cubed tofu. |
