2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold apple juice
3 1/2 cups boiling apple juice
chopped red apple
Preparation:
Dissolve gelatin in cold apple juice. Add boiling apple juice. Pour into 8 individual molds. Chill until partially set. Add 2 tablespoons chopped red apple to each mold; chill until firm.
