Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup apricots or peaches
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons salad oil
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke -- (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon finely chopped green onions
Preparation:
Puree fruits or place in electric blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients in saucepan and simmer 8 to 12 minutes.
Baste on barbequing chicken, lamb or pork during last 20 minutes cooking time.
