Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 cups onions -- chopped
1 tablespoon garlic -- chopped
1 cup sweet pepper -- chopped
1/2 cup parsley -- dried
1 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons Lea & Perrins
1/2 teaspoon mint -- dried
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1/2 tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. Bring to a boil.
Cook, covered, on low heat for several hours.
