1 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 lemon -- juice only
1/2 cup celery -- finely cut
1/2 cup canned shredded pineapple
1 cup thick cranberry sauce -- sweetened
crisp lettuce
Preparation:
Dissolve JelI-.O in boiling water. Chill. When slightly thickened, add lemon juice, celery, pineapple, and cranberry sauce. Turn into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce. Garnish with Hellmann's Blue Ribbon Mayonnais
